Looks and feels sturdy. Both front and back buckles have plenty of room to adjust. My dog is knee hight and 15 kg, and it fits great. Label says size l. i would assume that any mid to mid-large dog will fit. Buckles are pretty thick plastic, but loops for the leash are metal, attached with multiple rows of stitches - they do not move at all when pulled!

In fact, the color is neon and the dog looks like it's performing traffic duties. Besides that, solid craftsmanship, I would buy it again but in a different color. A big plus is that it has buckles around the neck, reflective elements, and a handle to hold the dog.
